• Device information — basic device and platform information to ensure the app works correctly

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the RoamEscape app and its features
• Save your game progress so you can pick up where you left off
• Verify purchases and grant access to purchased games
• Display your profile information within the app
• Respond to support requests or enquiries

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is stored on servers located in accordance with Supabase's infrastructure. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.

In-app purchases

Purchases made within RoamEscape are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment details. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policies for information on how they handle payment data.

Profile pictures

If you choose to upload a profile picture, it is stored in our secure cloud storage. Your profile picture is only visible to you within the app and is not shared publicly.

Children's privacy

RoamEscape is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account
